Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, offers Lutheran churches and their
members a variety of financial
assistance. Two programs which help church
members is their "Simply Giving" and their
"Giving Plus"
programs. The applications for these two programs are available on
this web page.
"Giving Plus" is a dollar matching program where Thrivent Members can have their financial gifts matched by a given percent to the church program of their choice. Download this form and attach it to your monetary gift for your churches special needs such as school scholarship, children ministries, etc. The form is available by clicking here. Another financial help offered by Thrivent is their "Simply Giving"
program. Through this program your weekly offerings or tuition
payments maybe made
through a pre-authorized withdrawal from your bank account. You
Determine the frequency of your automatic gift; weekly, semi-monthly or
monthly - the option is yours. To implement this program, complete the
form and turn it in to the church's financial department. The form for "Simply Giving" can be
