There are three different registration forms. Please click on the form name and you will be taken to an Adobe format that will allow you to print out the appropriate form. You must have Adobe Reader on your computer to access the forms. If you do not have Adobe reader you can download the free software by clicking on the icon shown below. Each family is required to fill out ONE Family Enrollment Form, and then the form that pertains to the child(en) that is being enrolling - whether they are in the Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten and/or Kindergarten (Early Childhood Form), or they are in Grades 1-8 (Enrollment Form). Tuition for the 2007 - 2008 School Year; Half Day Kindergarten through 8th Grade Enrollment are viewable by clicking here. The information is in an Adobe format.
