How to Live a Better, Longer Life:

Control your weight:  Being overweight can affect your longevity by increasing the risk for medical problems.  To live a better, longer life, ask your doctor for a safe effective way to lose weight.
Address your Stress:  Do you find yourself becoming irritable or intolerant of even minor disturbances?  If so, stress may be the culprit.  Relax.  Learn to recognize and manage your stress; you'll be on the road to a longer, better life.
Keep Moving:  An active lifestyle is good insurance against heat disease and cancer.  Even 30 minutes of daily, moderate exercise can help.  Keep moving and live longer!
Increase your longevity:  Avoiding use of tobacco, alcohol and drugs, and eating a diet high in fruits and vegetables and low in saturated fats, can all increase longevity.
Stay safe behind the wheel:  Motor vehicle accidents are a common cause of death in the United States.  More than half of auto fatalities happen in local areas.  The safe solution?  Always buckle up!!
Watch your blood pressure:  Many people are unaware they have high blood pressure because there are often no symptoms.  Check your blood pressure regularly.  It is high, follow your doctor's advice on controlling it.
