How to Live a Better, Longer Life:
Control your weight: Being overweight can affect your
longevity by increasing the risk for medical problems. To live a
better, longer life, ask your doctor for a safe effective way to lose
weight.
Address your Stress: Do you find yourself becoming irritable
or intolerant of even minor disturbances? If so, stress may be the
culprit. Relax. Learn to recognize and manage your stress;
you'll be on the road to a longer, better life.
Keep Moving: An active
lifestyle is good insurance against heat disease and cancer. Even 30
minutes of daily, moderate exercise can help. Keep moving and live
longer!
Increase your longevity:
Avoiding use of tobacco, alcohol and drugs, and eating a diet high in
fruits and vegetables and low in saturated fats, can all increase
longevity.
Stay safe behind the wheel: Motor vehicle accidents are a
common cause of death in the United States. More than half of auto
fatalities happen in local areas. The safe solution? Always
buckle up!!
Watch your blood pressure:
Many people are unaware they have high blood pressure because there are
often no symptoms. Check your blood pressure regularly. It is
high, follow your doctor's advice on controlling it.
Golden Believers:
We would love to have you join our
senior fellowship events. Whether you’re single or a couple, you are welcome at our

Christ loving group. Here’s your chance to get to know your family at
